TECHNICAL SUPPORT
One of the JAEJ key activities is technical support. The fact that, part of the equipment it provides acts as life-support, adds a share of responsibility for this task. JAEJ has trained technical personnel, adequate facilities and calibrated instruments to respond to users. Members of this Department are continuously trained by the manufacturers JAEJ represents. Its organization allows fast and effective response to requests from customers twenty-four hours a day. JAEJ offers programs of preventive or/and corrective maintenance which are tailored according to the needs of each client.
